I have to fill expansion tank at least once a week, replaced the cap, it does not seem to be leaking by the expansion tank, no residue. Any ideas where the loss could be, also the car is hestitant in all the gears, maybe the coils or something! Never give up on a Dream even if others dont encourage it. Check the pipes for the fluid leak. I have checked up on the motorplan, ignition coils were previouly replaced along with vacuum pump, out of motorplan the car was serviced and the cylinder head done by Zeemax, not sure what exactly was done or replaced.

Cleaned the O ring on the sensor and it's been fine for a month. I have taken a few pics last night it seems to be leaking where the top hose connects, not sure if it is leaking at the hose or the seams of the connector, can this connector be purchased separately or does it come with the expansion bottle, I was thinking maybe there is air in the system as I replaced the worn radiator cap.

The pulley can chip or break during removal, so be prepared to install a new one. Consider installing an aftermarket pulley with an open design, which makes it easier to keep tabs on the weep hole.
The pulley by ECS Tuning is a good choice. Have you checked the thermostat housing? Drips from the housing will fall onto the fan and spatter on the hoses and airbox. It's nearly impossible to see the water pump's coolant weep hole if the stock, solid plastic pulley is mounted on the pump. No way you're going to see it mounted on the car as it's under and behind the pulley.
The airbox stain also tells me it's the weep hole. The crank pulley right under it throws the leaking coolant around. I took the serpentine belt off - it looks dry, but I'll chage it.
